We provide prospective residents with the opportunity to preview your property anytime from any location. The property listings include pictures and profiles of available units. In addition to the BAY PROPERTY GROUP website, we showcase your property on many other sites including Craigslist, PadMapper, EastBayRentals, Google, Hotpads, Snaprent, HomeRentals, Places4Rent and USAHomeRentals. Our technology enables us to regularly update these sites so that your listings are always current.
COMPUTERIZED ACCOUNTING
At BAY PROPERTY GROUP, we use Appfolio, the top property management software in the industry, to manage the financial health of your property. Through Appfolio, we send our clients a monthly report detailing all income and expense information. We also send out a year-end statement that is praised by our clients and their accountants alike. In addition to monthly and annual statements, we have the ability to make monthly payments for all recurring obligations including, but not limited to insurance, mortgage payments, homeowner association dues, and real estate taxes. At BAY PROPERTY GROUP there is never an additional fee for these services. Owners have access to this information 24 hours a day.
ELECTRONIC BANKING
We understand that your time is money. That’s why we electronically transfer monthly owner distributions into your bank account so they arrive as scheduled.
NO LEGAL FEE GUARANTEE
At BAY PROPERTY GROUP, we use a strict application process and thorough background check to find you a great resident. However, occasionally it can become necessary to evict a troublesome or non-paying resident. As a result, court costs and legal fees to remove one problem resident can add up to thousands of dollars. By choosing us, your legal expenses for an eviction will be covered by BAY PROPERTY GROUP.
Please note that our No Legal Fee Guarantee is only in effect for residents we screen and place, not for owners who currently have residents they placed themselves. However, we do offer a reduced hourly fee for clients who need additional legal services for eviction proceedings, owner move-in and other property-related issues.
