Since graduating from the University of California Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law, Daniel has amassed more than 20 years of industry-leading practical and academic experience. In addition to his work leading Bay Property Group, Daniel is the managing and founding partner of Bornstein & Bornstein, a preeminent law firm in San Francisco specializing in landlord-tenant relations and property dispute resolution. Numerous professional entities, including the California Department of Real Estate, have invited Daniel to lecture on landlord-tenant and property management issues.

Affiliations and Expertise: Daniel was a director of the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County and is a member of a number oflocal, state, and national organizations, including the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, the California Apartment Association and the Real Property Law Section of the California State Bar. He has also volunteered with the AIDS Legal Referral Panel since 1997.

Education: After earning a B.A. Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan, Daniel went on to UC Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the journal International Tax & Business Lawyer.

Personal: Daniel lives in Oakland with his wife and five children.

Background: A New Jersey native, who moved to the Bay area in 1999, Robert has been instrumental in leading and managing some of Northern California’s largest apartment communities. His hands-on experience includes operational responsibility for affordable and market portfolios ranging from several hundred to more than 3,500.

Affiliations and Expertise: Robert is a current member of the San Francisco Apartment Association, the Professional Property Management Association, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the East Bay Rental Housing Association. He is both a California Certified Residential Manager and an Accredited Resident Manager. Core competencies include California landlord-tenant law, capital projects development, federal and state fair housing law, marketing, leasing, sales, and team development.

Personal: Robert lives in Lafayette with his wife and child.

Background: Nolan began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 2005 in the San Francisco office of Marcus & Millichap, where he served as a member of the agency's National Multi-Housing Group unit 2010.

Education: Nolan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Menlo College with a B.S. in International Business/Management. He also received a Master of Arts and Science in Sports and Fitness Management from University of San Francisco. 

Personal: Born in Stockton, Nolan has also spent time in Southern California, Santa Cruz, and Oregon. He currently resides in Oakland.

Background: After achieving her real estate license in 2004, Vikki began her sales career in new home community sales. She has extensive background in international real estate sales and leasing, having spent three years in Dubai, where she was in charge of a master developer of Dubai Sport City's real estate division. Other real estate ventures in Dubai included leasing management of high-end villas on world-famous Palm Jumeirah island. Aside from Vikki’s real estate accomplishments, her career has included a 20-year tenure working in the airline industry with travels to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Expertise: Vikki specializes in property management services for single family and multifamily residential properties.   

As a longtime resident of Fremont, her knowledge of the housing and rental property market is extensive. Vikki's ability to build value, trust, and rapport is best suited to helping homeowners and investors find renters in a worry-free atmosphere.

Jonathan Moy / Regional Manager

Background: A Bay Area native, Jonathan has been working in the local real estate industry for more than 12 years. 

Raised in Castro Valley and educated at San Francisco State University, he began his real estate career as the office administrator for a realty office in Piedmont. In 2009, Jonathan made the transition to property management through the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County, an Oakland-based non-profit trade association where he served as the Member Services Coordinator. In that capacity, he advised local rental property owners in day-to-day business and designed and taught courses in recommended business practices. He entered the industry in practice (as not just in theory) in 2011, serving as a General Manager of Resident Services for a local property management company. In 2012, he joined the Bay Property Group management team.

Jonathan truly believes in the tenets that Bay Property Group values above all else: Do the right thing, through expertise and relieving stress for our clients. His years of experience have taught him that rental property management is made simple through organization, knowledge, and patience.

Background: With more than 10 years of experience working in the rich and diverse Bay Area real estate market, Kevin has been directly involved in upwards of 400 transactions. He has represented sellers and buyers in a number of communities including Oakland, Santa Clara, Napa, Fresno, and San Francisco. 

An independent broker since 2006, Kevin has structured and closed a number of high-density housing communities and single-family homes. Most recently, he served as the broker of record for the Golden Bridge Lofts, a revival building located in downtown Oakland.  

Expertise: Kevin prides himself on his customer advocacy and his focus on the individual goals of each of his clients. In this unique market, he provides a distinct advantage to clients through his brokerage experience and his expertise in marketing, design, advertising, finance, and customer service.

Recently, he has trained his focus and expertise on residential income properties of 2-4 units in the Bay Area.

Background: As an Associate in Bay Property Group’s Real Estate Services division, David specializes in multifamily properties in the East Bay. In addition to brokering transactions, he brings a wide range of skills, including financial underwriting, market analysis, marketing, and escrow management.

Prior to joining Bay Property Group, David worked at a successful residential brokerage in Pleasant Hill, helping the company gross over $43 million in sales over a 20-month period during the market downturn. David has also worked as an operations administrator at a start-up equity investment company in Sunnyvale, CA. The firm secured $5.6 million in foreign capital to channel into holding, managing, and selling large Midwestern residential property portfolios.

Expertise: Along with his experience in eviction, asset/vendor management, and marketing, David is an expert in market evaluation and residential property appraisal. This knowledge enabled him to complete an average of 30 broker price opinions monthly in over 20 Bay Area cities.

David’s diverse background and solid property-related skills enable him to provide clients with a comprehensive view of their properties and a complete market analysis.

Personal: Born in Seoul, South Korea, David grew up in Washington State. He has lived in the Bay Area for the past 14 years, and lives in Oakland with his wife. David graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with BA in Political Science, and has earned his Real Estate Salesperson License in California. He is also fluent in the Korean language.
